The 39th Cochin Flower Show, organized by the Ernakulam District Agri and Horticulture Society, started on 13th January at Ernakulamthappan ground. The public can visit the flower show from 9 am onwards.

Kerala's largest flower and plant exhibition is set up with a display area of ​​70000 square feet. About 50,000 flowers and plants from more than 500 different categories will be on display. About 2,000 orchids and many annuals are on display in 40 categories.

The main attraction this time will be sunflowers, amber, a floating garden, a lamp terrarium, a topiary, and around 500 poinsettia flowers. Other highlights include five thousand square feet of themed flower arrangements, 20 feet of vegetable carvings, a palm tree made of dates, and floral arrangements that look different from each side.

Entry fee: Rs 60 for adults, Rs 30 for children up to 11 years. School groups get a special discount and admission is from 9 am to 9 pm. Flower Prince and Princess competition will be organized in collaboration with the department. Indoor plants collection prepared by start-ups, flower arrangement training, and vegetable carving training has also been organized as part of the exhibition. Entry is through the gate opposite Rajendra Maidan.

The office of the Development Commissioner( crafts), in association with the Uralungal Labour Cooperative Society Limited, is organizing Gandhi Shilp Bazaar across the country. Ernakulam MLA TJ Vinod inaugurated the event at Marine Drive. The mega event aims to give marketing platforms to crafters from all over the country to arrange a direct request relation between them and the art-loving citizens. Around 100 master tradesmen from across the country will be sharing in the event. The 10- day display and trade will end on January 22.

On an eventful excursion of towns throughout India and internationally, Kochi's favored unbiased tune competition returns to his domestic country. Indiegaga is an international multi-city music and arts festival. It features independent bands and artists from all over the world. Initiated in Kochi in 2019, it was relaunched in 2022 after the pandemic restrictions were lifted. Indiegaga is hosted through Wonderwall Media Network. Now the Music Festival is back to bang Kochi with music and art going hand in hand.
The event takes place on the Bolgatty islands on 21st January 2023.
The venues will be equipped with on-ground medical professionals and an ambulance on standby. All are requested to carry a valid, government-issued ID, such as a passport, Aadhar card, PAN Card, or driver’s license. The pageant starts off at 4 PM and ends at 10 PM.

The Kochi Muziris Biennale 2022-2023 is a biennial global present-day artwork exhibition that runs for 4 months on the island of Fort Kochi in Kerala. Modern artwork bureaucracy from Indian and International artists are portrayed thru numerous mediums like present-day artwork paintings, sculptures, installations, and more. Its tale is particular to India’s cutting-edge reality—its political, social, and creative landscape. It commenced as a central authority initiative while the Department of Cultural Affairs of the Government of Kerala approached artists—Riyas Komu and Bose Krishnamachari—to assist arrange a global platform for artwork in India.
