    Job Responsibilities

    • Manage a designated kitchen section independently
    • Prepare and present dishes as per standard recipes
    • Supervise and guide commis chefs
    • Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
    • Coordinate with Sous Chef for smooth kitchen operations

    Requirements

    • Culinary qualification preferred
    • 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
    • Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
    • Ability to work in shifts and lead a small team
