Job Responsibilities
- Manage a designated kitchen section independently
- Prepare and present dishes as per standard recipes
- Supervise and guide commis chefs
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and safety standards
- Coordinate with Sous Chef for smooth kitchen operations
Requirements
- Culinary qualification preferred
- 2–4 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety
- Ability to work in shifts and lead a small team
