• Tourism Booms as Omicron Fades

The tourism industry faced a severe stab during the covid.  The pandemic and its variants had brought down the tourism industry. As the levels of border control continue to drive tourism trends, International travel is difficult at times. Governments across India have loosened coronavirus restrictions and shifted their approach to accepting Covid-19 as a manageable part of everyday life. The travel industry is growing and people hope that 2022  is the year that traveling will come back.

The Forecast shows the recovery is at a faster rate this year. Finally, the tourism industry has started to boom with immense people traveling across different parts of Kerala, India. Many states in India, including Kerala, which is a tourist destination have removed the restrictions that were raised due to the pandemic. The infected rate is decreasing day by day, and the tourism aspects are improving along with this. The restaurants and hotels in Kochi are picking up the pace and the nightlife is also improving. The pandemic has also contributed to the adoption of automation in hotels — such as keyless check-in, digital staff communication, and room delivery by robots — as a cost-effective response to the labor shortage. Theatres and places of gathering now work in full strength. If micron passes by as such, we would be having a tremendous year ahead with lots of tourists in Kerala.
